Crunchy Bacon ColeSlaw
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon Splenda
4 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
4 slices bacon, crsiply cooked, crumbled
In a large bowl combine dressing and sugar. Mix well. Add
the remaining ingredients. Toss to mix lightly. Refrigerate
until ready to serve.
Serves 8.
